--So-called "sources" say RIHANNA and CHRIS BROWN are getting married this summer.  He proposed after the Grammys, she accepted, and they're making The Big Mistake in her native Barbados.

--And it's going to be wild.  A source says, quote, "It's all about swagger, bling and sin.  They want tattoo artists, fire breathers and a near-naked waitstaff.  They're even talking about having PRE-ROLLED JOINTS at the reception."

--But of course, there's talk that KATY PERRY will NOT be in attendance . . . because she's never supported Rihanna's decision to forgive Chris and take him back.
