There's a pretty stupid VIDEO (CLICK HERE) making the rounds online of a goat that sounds exactly like a chicken.  It even walks around and has the same mannerisms as a chicken.  It's pretty weird. 

MILEY CYRUS showed off her legs and some BOOTY, but no engagement ring, the other day.  Sources say she and LIAM HEMSWORTH are still engaged and living together, but they're having some problems so they're taking things slow.  (E! Online)

But in an interview with The Huffington Post, SNOOP LION made it sound like Miley and Liam are THROUGH.

Snoop was discussing "Ashtrays and Heartbreaks" . . . the single he and Miley just released.  And he said, quote, "We both just going through something right now."

When Snoop was asked what Miley is going through, he said, quote, "I can't speak for her, ya know what I'm saying, but I know that she has a relationship that no longer exists.

"I know she's probably in a transformation change with her life, her music [and] her career."  (Here's video.)

REESE WITHERSPOON and her husband Jim Toth were ARRESTED early Friday morning in Atlanta.  He was popped for DUI, and they took Reese in for disorderly conduct.  Here's what happened . . .

Police saw a car weaving sometime after midnight Friday, so they pulled it over.  Jim was driving, and Reese was riding shotgun.

As the cops were dealing with Jim, Reese started getting impatient and agitated.  One of the cops says, quote, "She began to hang out the window and say that she did not believe that I was a real police officer."

He says he told Reese to sit down and be quiet.  Once her husband was placed under arrest, Reese got out of the car.  The cop told her to get back in, but she said she was a U.S. citizen, and was allowed to, quote, "stand on American ground."

So he tried to take her by the arms, but she resisted, and said, quote, "Do you know my name?"  When the cop said no, he didn't need to know her name, she replied, quote, "You're about to find out who I am . . . You are going to be on national news."

At that point, she was cuffed and arrested.

As for Jim, he told police he'd only had one drink several hours earlier.  But they gave him a breathalyzer test and he blew a .139 . . . which is significantly higher than the legal limit of .08.

Reese and Jim were released at around 3:30 in the morning.  There's a hearing today, but they'll probably just send their lawyers.  Reese released a statement last night that said, quote, "I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said."

By now, everybody is getting the hint that RYAN LOCHTE isn't an intellectual heavyweight.

"Time" magazine has released its annual list of the 100 Most Influential People.  The celebrities who made the cut this year include "Girls" star Lena Dunham, Jennifer Lawrence, Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé are on it, too, of course . . . since the media recently decided that they're, like, the most important people on Earth.

I think we can safely say this is NOT Justin Bieber's year.  In addition to his various personal controversies, he was snubbed by the Grammys, and now this:  He didn't make the "Time" list, but his MANAGER Scooter Braun did.

One name you should probably care about more than any of these is Malala Yousafzai . . . a Palestinian teenager and women's activist who was shot in the head by the Taliban for daring to speak in favor of a woman's right to an education.

For the record, we don't know what she's smoking.  Just to play devil's advocate, it COULD be a LEGAL BLEND.
